2017年5月7日 · The problem you may have is that a portable CD player may not have sufficient buffering to compensate for the motion of the car. Early car CD players were pretty bad that way. Skipped all the time. I would suggest that you rip your CDs to mp3 files and use a USB stick to access them. Lots more convenient although the sound won't be as good.

2015年12月8日 · As answered above. No drivers for CD, not enough power for CD, and it wouldn't work with the car is in motion anyway. Car CD players have a large buffer to hold the audio before playing so if you go over a bump you don't hear the player skip. I would suggest you rip you Dads CDs and load them on a USB drive.

2012年1月16日 · CDs and DVDs are not the same format. A CD drive can only read CD discs. A DVD drive can read both DVD and CD discs. Additionally, Blu-Ray movies requires a Blu-Ray drive which can also read DVD and CD discs. #2 - You need a program to play back the DVD movie. I prefer using Media Player Classic (Google it). It includes the necessary DVD codec.
