2024年11月17日 · Yea can't find anything on safe temp limit for L3 but extrapolating from the thermal limit imposed on the 7800X3D I think it's a safe assumption of around 80C for this cpus hot silicon roof. I don't wanna learn the hard way as no replacement is readily available ATM.

2008年4月1日 · On many occasions I try copying files into the hard drive that is placed in the dock, the file transfer will simply stop and it just stays there. Even trying to format the hard drive will fail to do so, it will simply do nothing. Bit annoyed at it, does anybody have extensive knowledge in hard drive docks and is able to identify what the issue is?

2016年2月12日 · Differences were explained above. ISE/SE use a new-ish SCSI/ATA command, SANITIZE.There are requests to incorporate this command into the hdparm utility for SATA drives, so hopefully it will be in the future.

2007年3月20日 · I don't know if Home Depot/Lowes/etc will have the hard cardboard material, I can't remember ever seeing it (not that I was looking for it). However, I do know they usually carry 1/8 inch hardboard (also known as masonite) that you could probably use. It comes in 4x8 foot sheets for about $7 a sheet.

2008年3月2日 · I've only heard the hard drive or mouse noise when I'm using onboard sound connected to some high sensitivity speakers/headphones. Try lowering the noise floor on the various amps... IE, lower the Windows system volume and raise the volume on your amp, if that doesn't clean it up try going the other way, lower on your amp and higher in Windows.

2005年7月10日 · Does a hard drive pull power from the 12v line or the 5v line? I have a 465w PS with 30a on the 5v line and now I want to upgrade to a 750w PS that has 28a on the 5v.
