2021年12月16日 · I had the same issue and couldn't just create a new account. What worked for me was to download Windows 11 Installation Media. Created an ISO file and then ran setup.exe in there (don't turn off your system). There is an option to keep personal files and apps. If you use this way it may delete your windows license.
