Monsoon (季節風) was a Cambodian mercenary and cyborg ninja and a member of Desperado Enforcement LLC. He was one of the Winds of Destruction alongside Sundowner and Mistral, and was named after the seasonal wind systems that occur in West Africa and Asia-Australia.

Monsoon, also known as the "Wind of Southeast Asia", is one of Desperado's Winds of Destruction and a major antagonist in the videogame Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance as well as the secondary antagonist of its Jetstream Sam DLC.
