There are two ways to apply to Fay School: you may apply online, or you may fill out a paper application and mail it to the Office of Admission, located in Southborough, MA.

The Extended Fay program includes AM and PM care, clubs for Kindergarten - Grade 4, vacation camp, and conference care. In the coming weeks, we will be sharing information about fall enrichment clubs for Kindergarten - Grade 4, which will be available for an additional fee.
