It's been done before I know but not in a very long time, and things change. Basically, I take a double decker cart with two yellow bins on them, run up and down a ridiculous amount of aisles ("mods" in Amazonian lingo), and "pick" things out of different shelves, scan them, put them in my bin until it's either full, or my scanner tells me to put it on a conveyor.

It's $12/hr for the 40hr week, night shift gig, which seemed like good pay compared to most hourly jobs. Tonight will be my 7th night as a picker and so far I'm struggling like hell to make rate.
