2024年11月30日 · It is a 27 note copy of the 30 note pedal on the Wolff organ in the local cathedral. My organ builder friend made it for me to be compact when I move to the old-age home. LOL. He also built me a matching bench. For materials, he cannibalized an existing pedal board and I think a Princess pedal would be well suited for such a purpose.

2024年12月17日 · Its per-organ TrimDB value should be adjusted, with the Volume slider at 100 and the Audio level meter visible, so that the audio meter is in the high green or yellow, but isn't hitting red, on full organ. That will keep HW from clipping internally for this organ. Never try to go louder than that.

2024年10月23日 · OTOH, I played for concerts a few years ago on a pipe organ which had a 32' Resultant which was done well. Both the fundamental pitch, and its softer 5 th provided a rather satisfactory result. While I prefer genuine 32' stops, I would not object to playing that organ for services because the implementation was done well.

2025年1月23日 · I'm looking at a friend's Rodgers model 115 that has a few problems. It sounds to me like one of the pedals is stuck, and a few of the keys on both manuals make no sound at all in some circumstances. This is the third organ I've ever looked at, and the other two had easy-to-find electronic problems with their power supplies.

2024年11月22日 · Case and pedal board are from the original Viscount Theatre Organ. Stack was built by John's Organ Works (UK) who also added midi to the Viscount pedal board. D-A amp is Moto828X. Speakers Adam 8 and there are 8 of them. Great fun using H V 9 and Paramount 450. Just wish I could make it make a sound after the latest up-grade. Midi appears fine.
