Congressional limitations hinder Democrats' pushback against the Trump administration, but constituents say more can be done.

The Republican-controlled U.S. House of Representatives will vote on Thursday to potentially censure Democrat Al Green, who was kicked out President Donald Trump's speech on Tuesday after standing and shouting.

Moments after Trump began speaking, Texas Rep. Al Green rose and interrupted the president until he was ejected from the chamber. Other members held signs blasting Trump and his policies. Repeatedly they met Trump’s partisan provocations with chants and jeers.

Congressman Al Green, a Texas Democrat, was escorted out of Trump’s joint address. He is a critic of the president, led the call for his impeachment.
