There is a chance for rain on Fat Tuesday, and local forecasters have not pinned down exactly when showers will come to New Orleans. The latest forecast released Friday, however, is showing the rain may hold off until Tuesday night, according to the National Weather Service of New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
