Emily Ruiz, 20, was shot and killed in Naples on Wednesday. Collier County authorities have arrested Gael Garcia-Castro in connection to the murder.

Castro, 22, is charged with second-degree murder. Deputies said he and Ruiz knew each other, and the shooting was not random.
