吞噬是生物体摄取、消化和吸收营养物质或病原体的关键过程,在人体免疫系统中扮演重要角色。吞噬与炎症的发生关系密切,当机体受损或感染时,吞噬细胞迅速迁移至炎症部位,吞噬病原体和受损组织,减轻炎症。同时,吞噬过程中释放的炎症介质,如细胞因子、趋化因子和活性氧等,会激活更多免疫细胞,扩大炎症反应。吞噬细胞的功能异常或过度活跃可能导致炎症反应失控,进而引发慢性炎症和自身免疫性疾病。
