本人与该公司无任何关联，也不存在金融贷款服务，该公司不知从哪个渠道获取我的贷款信息，并将本人起诉至耒阳市人民法院导致本人限制高消费，本人从未收到任何法律文书及开庭信息，甚至于贷款平台及金额等信息都未披露，从网上收集信息来看，该公司主要业务就是恶意催收，且司法机关存在渎职甚至疑似存在利益输送问题，不调查不联系直接下达法律处罚。哪家正规公司业务全靠打官司获取利润的？？
