ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Ricky Mcgowens, 46, for allegedly delivering fentanyl to a hospital patient.

Officials say a man entered a hospital ICU and took staff hostage in a shooting that left him and a police officer dead.
