The long-anticipated bayfront Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center in Chula Vista finally has an opening date. Construction crews broke ground on the $1.3 billion project in 2022, an ambitious undertaking expected to redefine the Chula Vista Bayfront and the surrounding areas within the South Bay.
