A man has been arrested after shots were fired at the Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in Lancaster on Sunday. Pennsylvania State Police say Troopers and Lancaster City Police identified the suspect who randomly fired shots between the campus dorms as Nicholas Pagan-Feliz of Lancaster.

Feliz, 30, was charged after two law enforcement officers recognized him from a surveillance photo of the incident, State Police said.

Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a man they say fired a gun multiple times Sunday on the Lancaster campus of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.

The Lancaster Patrol Unit and Criminal Investigation Unit are currently on scene investigating, Pennsylvania State Police said in a release. The scene is secured, and no one was injured in this incident, according to state troopers. Anyone with information is asked to contact Lancaster Station at 717-299-7650.

A spokesperson for Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology confirmed shots were fired on the main campus on Sunday afternoon.
