Photos emerged Friday that apparently show China’s newly constructed and behemoth naval vessels that experts have reportedly suggested would fit right into a strategy for an invasion of the coveted island of Taiwan.

New images reveal China’s development of ‘invasion barges’ designed to transport troops and equipment, raising concerns about a possible Taiwan invasion. Satellite imagery confirms the deployment of three jack-up barges from Guangzhou Shipyard.

It's thought the barges - similar to the Mulberry Harbours used by the Allies on D-Day - could be used by China in a possible invasion of Taiwan.
