The claim, made by the Oversight Project, a division of the right-wing Heritage Foundation, alleges that Biden's signature on several official papers appeared to be generated by an autopen machine.

Trump said the pardons were signed using an autopen, implying that Biden neither personally signed nor was aware of these pardons.
