Pakistan has been hit by another earthquake! A 4.5 magnitude tremor struck early this morning, just 12 days after a stronger quake near Rawalpindi. The seismic activity raises concerns about the region’s vulnerability—could a bigger disaster be on the way?

A 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal early Friday, with its epicenter in Sindhupalchowk district. Meanwhile another earthquake was recorded with a magnitude of 4.5 hit Pakistan. Residents in Nepal and bordering regions of India and Tibet felt the tremors.

An earthquake measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale hit Nepal in the early hours of Friday. The epicentre was in Sindhupalchowk District in the Central Region of the Himalayan nation.The National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center in its website stated that the epicentre lies at Sindhupalchowk district's Bhairavkunda at around 2:51 AM (Local Time).

A 2.8-magnitude earthquake shook the western part of Washington on Thursday, Feb. 27, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. The 16-mile deep quake hit at 5:16 a.m. and happened in Tracyton, according to the USGS. More than 30 people from as far away as North Bend and Bremerton reported feeling the tremor to the agency.

A 3.2M earthquake jolted Fall City Thursday afternoon, according to the United States Geological Survey. Initially reported as a 3.4M, the quake was downgraded to a 3.2M later. According to people in the area, the shake was sudden and loud. It was also felt in Tokul, Preston, Fairway and Snoqualmie.
