Bhopal: The traffic police issued an advisory ahead of the Vice-President's visit to Bhopal on Friday at 6:30 pm.

An arraignment has been set for Feb. 28 for a Muscatine woman who allegedly painted racist graffiti on several buildings in downtown Muscatine and at Muscatine Community College.
