An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 17-month-old out of Port Orchard after officials say a man forcibly took the child from his mother. Washington State Patrol is looking for 32-year-old Andrew Gilbertson. He is around 6′0″ and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes and may have a beard.

Port Orchard Amber Alert canceled, suspect in custody
An Amber Alert issued out of Kitsap County for a 17-month-old boy has been canceled. The boy is safe. The Washington State Patrol said that on Sunday at 11:31 p.m., the suspect, Andrew Gilbertson, forcibly took the boy from his mother in the area of Overaa Road in Port Orchard.
