An American tourist who is at the center of the search for a college student on spring break was last seen with authorities over the weekend in the Dominican Republic. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch has the latest on the investigation.

ABC News has confirmed authorities have confiscated the passport of Joshua Ribbe, a 22-year-old from Iowa who police say was the last person to see Sudiksha Konanki.
