The NWS Reno NV issued a winter storm warning at 1:03 p.m. on Tuesday valid from Wednesday 10 p.m. until Friday 10 p.m. for Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra counties.

The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory at 3:14 a.m. on Wednesday valid from 7 p.m. until Thursday 9 a.m. for Passaic and Bergen counties.

In southeast Michigan and the Thumb area, the counties under a warning include Huron, Sanilac, St. Clair and Macomb. To the north, the counties under a warning include Alpena, Alcona, Ogemaw, Iosco, Gladwin and Arenac.
