In an ideal world, Underwood would have waited until after Tuesday's game against Iowa to fine-tune some changes since Illinois finally had longer periods off between its next two games.

The decorated Iowa forward left the game near the one minute mark of the second half, then became filled with emotions. Even the winning head coach Brad Underwood watched the emotional scene unfold.
