Chris Hipkins and the prime minister are set to clash for the first time this year as Parliament gets back to business.

Last week in Parliament, I had my chance to put a question directly to Kier Starmer. Each week MPs enter a ballot for an opportunity at Prime Ministers Question time, and my name finally came up.
