Jollibee Foods to acquire majority share in South Korea's Compose Coffee
In a statement, JFC said it would acquire 70% in Compose Coffee Co. Ltd. and JMCF Co. Ltd., collectively called Compose Coffee, through its subsidiary Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd.
