Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has called Hamas “sons of dogs,” demanding the release of the remaining Israeli hostages in Gaza and the disarmament of the militant group.

Mahmoud Abbas said that their captivity provided Israel with 'excuses' to attack the territory. Hamas denounced the remarks by the Fatah party leader as offensive and divisive.

Mahmoud Abbas has called Hamas "sons of dogs" in a fiery speech in which he demanded the group release the hostages it is still holding, disarm, and hand over control of Gaza in order to end the war with Israel.
