Spring has officially sprung, and with it comes more fresh in-season fruit and veggie options to add to your produce drawer.
At its simplest, fruit salad is a supereasy dish that hardly requires a recipe. Just chop up your favorite fruits, mix them together in a bowl and serve them at your next cookout of picnic.
Set aside to cool, and refrigerate. When cold, add the water chestnuts. Serve the fruit salad topped with two or three almond floats.
