A FedEx driver in Wellfleet had to be rescued after their delivery truck became submerged during high tide. A little after 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, firefighters from the Wellfleet Fire Department used a boat and entered water near Lieutenant Island Road to reach the FedEx driver.
