Louisville area under wind advisory Tuesday into Wednesday

The NWS Newport/Morehead City NC issued a wind advisory at 3:39 a.m. on Tuesday valid from Wednesday 9 a.m. until Thursday midnight. The advisory is for East Carteret, Ocracoke Island and Hatteras Island.
