Austin Police: Southbound I-35 near Braker Lane reopened after bridge strike
All southbound lanes of Interstate 35 near Braker Lane were closed on Monday afternoon while police investigate a bridge strike, according to the Austin Police Department. APD said in a statement that a semi-truck hit an overpass bridge sometime after 2:30 p.m. and that southbound drivers should exit I-35 before Braker Lane.
