US President Donald Trump delivered the first address of his second term to Congress on Tuesday, saying he was "just getting started", adding, "American dream is unstoppable".

Trump honored Alexis Nungaray during his speech after her daughter Jocelyn's murder, renaming a wildlife refuge in her memory and addressing immigration concerns.

Nungaray's death last year quickly sparked outrage among Republican lawmakers who have since called for additional measures to harden the southern border and backed border legislation in honor of the girl.
