Search Trip Advisor by a couple of cities between Duluth (starting with Duluth!) up through Grand Marais (Two Harbors, Lutsen, etc.) and you'll not be disappointed. The parks are a must. Tettegouche and Gooseberry are two examples. And, stopping along the way to walk the rocky shores at any number of spots is always available.
