Is Two Temple Place Open between Sept 10th through October 10th 2019?

Two Temple Place is only open to the public when there is an exhibition on. The rest of the time it is hired out for special occasions e.g. Wedding Receptions.
i walk with the help of a walking stick and manage the stairs at home. Are there many staircases and are they steep and long at 2Temple Place? I missed the jazz exhibition too 'cos of this uncertainty.I'd love to see the Ruskin exhibition.Thank you

Yes, admission is free, but as another traveller has said, they do ask for voluntary donations though not in any aggressive sort of way. Fabulous venue with great exhibitions.

The main rooms are all open and that is where the exhibition itself is held. Some rooms are now offices as it is the head office for the Bulldog Trust and those are not open; whilst that may be certainly disappointing, you get a flavour of the grandeur of the place. There is a pop up cafe on site and some rooms are used simply to enable people to have tea and cakes. It is free to visit. Additionally, it is also opened over London's 'Open House' weekend, without an exhibition, when a lot of buildings that are not normally accessible allow visitors.
