This 4th floor condo is located in the most convenient location on Maui. From the moment you walk in the door it is impossible to ignore the sweeping magnificent views from the private lanai (patio or balcony). You can see the popular Kamaole Beach Park featuring picnic areas, grassy lawns, beach, volleyball, baseball, soccer, and basket ball courts. It also has a wonderful beach walk. To the left you will be able to watch one of South Maui's most popular surf spots, Cove Park. It is the perfect place to learn to surf. There are two places to rent boards and take lessons. One is located on the first floor of this building. The other is located just across the street.
