Spend at least a day at Niagara Falls, and maybe two if you want to visit the Canadian side and add Niagara on the Lake. I would schedul three to four days to do museums such as Burchfield Penney Art Center, and the Albright, Botanical Gardens of Buffalo/Erie County, Frank Lloyd Wright homes, Naval & Military Park, Erie Canal Park. Depending on your interest, there are some great concerts (BPO) and theater too that you can google.
