If it is a sturdy stoller. I wouldn't try it with an umbrella stroller. It's a decently maintained trail and not too bumpy, but it's still a hiking trail. I did Paradise Falls and Lizard Rock, and meandered over a couple small side trails and it was about 5 miles. If you aren't really fit, I would try a stroller on the Lizard Rock part. It was pretty steep. The Paradise Falls part wasn't though. It was a pretty easy hike. Have fun!
