Basing my best guess off of this calendar of operations from their website: Jan 1, 2017 falls on a Sunday. They are open almost every Sunday with only a couple exceptions (like Christmas). They were also not closed on Jan 1, 2016, albeit on a weekday. That they were open last New Year's Day combined with them being open on most every Sunday, I would guess that they are in fact going to be open on New Year's Day 2017.
