Administration is terrible. Cancelled due to torrential rains from hurricane remnants with no refund. Even half refund would have been appreciated but they treated appeals as laughable, "tough luck".shoelaces的完整评论

How early should we arrive for The Polar Express trip? Is traffic congested? Does it take a while to pick up your tickets? We booked the 7:30 show and have a 6 and 2 year old but wanted to spend time in the Comfort Suites hotel pool before heading out to the show.

We had a 7:30 ride as well and we arrived and parked at around 6:45. There was PLENTY of time to spare. Only took around 5 mins to get our tickets. We did go on Nov 2nd and it …
