Contemporary art is a very personal taste hence some poor reviews. There doesn't seem to be a permanent exhibition but a lot of space for temporarily so look at the website first. I liked much of the…Cloner的完整评论

Is this Museum open to the public prior to September 21st? Website says no.

I visited the museum in May, this year. At that time was open. I don't know the current opening hours. Maybe is better to double check and from different sources.
