Hi there, if any of you were staying at Devils Fork for several days (we are going in a small RV), would you consider it to be worth the hassle of packing up kayaks- I saw rentals are some what pricey? Is this a good way to see the lake or is it impossible to kayak from the park to any of the falls or other scenery? Also, I can't tell from the website, is there a beachy area there to hang out on where kids can swim, etc? Thanks so much!

Yes, BRING the kayaks, canoes, whatever. AND there is a large public beach on the property.
Is there any particular camp site you recommend? I have 5 kids from 9 - 14 years of age. We have kayak, SUP board, but will rent a book as you recommended. Thank you.
