Does anyone know how long it takes for a chauffeur to be dispatched after making a reservation for a private tour? I was told a chauffeur will be dispatched last Wednesday and we confirmed our commitment roughly 2 weeks ago. There is a winery we really want to visit and we were told we need to make an advanced reservation.

It’s best to make a reservation, or request that your chauffeur do so. They do not automatically make a reservation for you. If you do not make one and wait until the day of, you may not get in to the winery. Most chauffeurs are very helpful and will contact you a couple of days prior to your reservation and ask if they can assist you in any way. Tip accordingly, and have fun!
