Irina Nola aka Rainbow Peacock is the best known face-and-body painter in New Orleans - seen at most local festivals, Saints, Hornets and LSU games and working with Mardi Gras krewes and clubs for the last 15 years. Irina is a full-time face-painter and is available on weekends - and on weekdays.
