The view is great from the top but you got to get there-- I was with a lot of older folks and they did just fine. Beware of tour guides that tell stories of the rocks representing people-- shut them… Dave C的完整评论

It was very windy when we were there, and you couldn't stand still and take a photo at the top.
Will I freak out if I'm afraid of heights? This is an optional trip on our cruise, I would like to see it. But the descriptions of the tiny steep stairs in fortress worry me.

The information about the price for parking is not correct. The price is 2,40 bulgarian levs (around 1,30 euro) and it is not per hour, but for unlimited time. So either you misunderstood something, or you have been deceived, which is highly unlikely.

We were in a tour group and didn't have to worry about parking so I have no idea what parking really cost.
We'll be heading to Belogradchik on our way from Sofia to Koprivshtitsa, and we wanted to know a few things. 1. Is parking available outside the Belogradchik and Rocks? 2. Are the Fortress and Rocks considered the same attraction? 3. How much are the entrance feeds for them? Please let us know if there are any tips from your experience.

The rocks are the fortress and surround the fortress. The parking is next to the entrance to the fort. Get a map or a topo-map to walk the rock formations. They cover a large area at different levels. When we visited the entry gate was not manned. Having said that if they decide to charge entry fees it would be for the fortress not the remainder of the rock formations. Most people I spoke with seemed to blend the fortress with the rock formations, I view the fortress as being built among the formations. I could have spent more time there but was limited on time. Enjoy the scenery, and the town.
