Westwinds sailing at Baby Beach has both sailboats and SUPs and also gives lessons. They have a great website and the staff is very friendly and capable.

We did a birthday party for my son and wanted tables right close to the water and were lucky cuz we got there on a weekday at about 10 (we asked the lifeguards ahead of time, which days are slowest) and found two tables for the all the 5 year olds to gather round. Saturdays are a totally different story. People get there I hear at about 4 am which is really early...they send a hubby with coffee to stake out the place. We did the party in July and it was a weekday and nope, we weren't willing to get there at crack of dawn. Hope this helps!
